Monsignor Zenz has served in a variety of roles as a Priest of the Archdiocese of Detroit: Associate Pastor and Pastor, Spiritual Director and Professor at Sacred Heart Major Seminary, Administrative roles for the Archdiocese including Director of Religious Education, Chancellor, Vicar General and Moderator of the Curia as well as Regional Moderator.
Monsignor has been Executive Editor of Human Development Magazine since 2015, Spiritual Advisor to the Detroit Chapter of Christ Child Society since 1985 and Chaplain to the Cardinal club since 2005.
Since 2008 he has been Pastor of Holy Name Parish, Birmingham where he still serves.
Monsignor enjoys a Doctorate in Spiritual Theology from the Pontifical Gregorian University, Rome (1984) and has conducted retreats and convocations for clergy all across the United States.
